I have received 2 emails during the week from frustrated people, who informed me that “they’re doing exercises for weeks, and see no improvement at all”. So, why is this the ‘burning’ question for some, while not a question at all for others? Unique medical condition? Luck? Let’s analyze…
In my experience, there are 2 kinds of folks. One type is people who read everything I must say, and go deep into this stuff. These truly “get it”. These folks see major improvement in their eyesight within the first 2 weeks. These folks generally see “little to none improvement” in their vision. Now, I’m a firm follower that if you “get it”, then you’re sure to succeed. My teachers say “leave no chance to failure, and you may guarantee yourself success” in eye exercises.
You see, it’s the “Masters’” that rule this world, while the remainder of us just give into our lazy nature, and only do the bare minimum, while expecting maxim results from the little effort we’re putting in…. Or we’re working diligently, not smart, meaning we do the wrong thing, failing, getting annoyed, trying harder, failing again, getting more irritated, and, finally, giving up, altogether. And *that’s* where the difficulty is. But enough of this philosophy…
Have you got the part that say’s that eye exercises do not work alone? They’re only part of a much larger puzzle, and work together with other things.
Your mind. Go back and rethink it scrupulously, as it’s critically necessary to your success.
Avoid artificial, inorganic stuff out of your daily ration. Other things eating healthy entails.
- How healthy is yours? What does your average day look like? Spend time outdoors every single day. Exercise as many muscles of your body as you can think about through your day.
How intensively do you’re employed with your eyesight? Do it too lightly, and you can see slow results. Do you give your eyes a good rest, at least a short one once each hour? Go overboard, and you can end up in difficulty again. There needs to be a balance.
Maintaining the right state of mind in the day. - Back straight, keeping a smile on your face,a feeling up. Maybe you thought this is “not that important”, and you are not paying enough attention to this part? It’s critical..
So, there’s a process behind the whole improving visual acuity naturally stuff, and this is why it’s important to follow a healthy system when restoring your eyesight, and not just doing the eye exercises, on and off, in between work.
